This final project will involve combining the artworks you wrote about in your research paper for an exhibition of your own design. Together, you will create an exhibition statement describing how and why these modern artworks are being connected or compared, what main ideas or themes you are exploring through this exhibit, and the overall approach and audience for your show’s space/venue. You will also include one multimedia aide of your choosing. That can be an audio guide to the works in the exhibit, a staged live “panel talk” with the artists (played by you, of course), a visual guide and floor plan, or something else. Your group presentations will take place on our last class of the semester.

  • What are the values and approaches of your show/display? Who is it for and how/where is it presented?
